Welcome to the home page of the 2010 Aggie-GATA Baseball Classic Tournament in Pensacola, Florida.
Formerly, the Puma/GATA Sports and the Nike Baseball Classic. The 2010 edition boasts a field of six fine teams
from Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Louisiana, and Ohio.
The tournament begins with a coaches meeting and banquet at (TBA - to be announced) in the Tate High
School cafeteria with play commencing on Monday, March 29, 2010 and
the championship game
will be played on Friday, April 2, 2010.
All games will be played at Tate High School.
The tournament site is situated within half an hour from some of the finest
beaches in the world
and an assortment of
fine attractions
in one of the friendliest cities in the United States.
With shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, and entertainment a short trip from
the high school tournament site,
the Aggie-GATA Baseball Classic has become a popular site for great baseball and leisure.
The University of West Florida
is home to the Argonauts baseball
team and the Pensacola Pelicans professional baseball team.
